Shipping Policy


Every SoftSole order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 5-12 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive tracking details to follow its journey.


Delivery within South Africa typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location and courier flow. While we aim for smooth and timely delivery, occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier conditions beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds


Your satisfaction is at the heart of SoftSole. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly with a replacement or refund where applicable.


For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast dispatch. For this reason, order changes or cancellations are only possible within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in preparation or transit.

Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels

In rare cases where delivery takes longer than expected, please reach out to us so we can assist with tracking and resolution. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by couriers, customs, or external logistics providers are outside of our direct control, but we will always support you in resolving any concerns.
